LIVING STEPS 10 & 11 DAILY
1.   AT THE BEGINNING OF THE DAY (11)
A. Meditate
B. Pray (Personally; from the heart; with the understanding that mental health is       based on spiritual health)
1. For God to direct your life throughout the day
2. For freedom from self-will
3. For knowledge of His will for you
4. For the power to carry it out
2.  THROUGHOUT THE DAY:
A. Often pray "Thy will be done" (11)
B. When becoming disturbed  (practice step 10)
1. Stop; do not give action to disturbance  (6)
2. Realize you are responsible for your feelings  (1)
3. Give up on yourself  (2)
4. Reaffirm your decision to turn will & life over  (3)
5. Examine self & determine nature of wrong(s)  (4)
6. If necessary &/or possible, talk with someone  (5)
7. Pray to be entirely ready to let go of defect(s)  (6)
8. Pray for shortcoming(s) to be removed  (7)
9. Practice the opposite of the defect(s)  (7)
10. When wrong, promptly admit it  (8 & 9)
C. With indecision (11):
1. Stop; do not force a decision
2. Realize you do not know what to do
3. Give up on yourself
4. Ask for direction on the matter
5. Don't struggle
6. Relax and take it easy
7. Being truthful with yourself, you can talk to others
8. Wait for the right answer
9. When direction comes, act on & solve the problem
3. AT THE END OF THE DAY (11)
A. Prayer of thanks

1. Any old problems?

3. Any acts of omission or commission?
4. Remember: Any uncomfortable feelings were from self-will, not God-will
